Products:
Here you will find top quality hairbows for your little princess. We only use high quality ribbon and heat seal all ribbon ends to keep from fraying. So your bows will last use after use. All bows are handsewn by me to give that added strength. I would not sell a bow that I myself would not put on my own daughter.
Conditions of use:
Please supervise your little one while she is wearing her bows. Some of our bows do contain small parts and could potentially become a choking hazzard. Some of our products contain buttons, resins, appliques, or floral embellishments and should never be used on any child under the age of 3 due to choking hazzard from small parts. I do make sure that all embellishments are attached as securely as possible, I do check and recheck your products to make sure that they are safe for your little one, but unfortunately I am only human and things do happen.
Order Processing:
We strive to ship all orders within 5-7 buisness days, buisness days being Mon-Fri, of your order placement. Custom orders and very large orders may take slightly longer. Wholesale orders take about 2-3 weeks to ship due to the order size, if for some reason it will be longer we will notify you ASAP.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service which usually takes approx. 2-4 days after your order ships. Every effort will be made to process your order as soon as it is received. If you are in need of your order by a certain time then please contact us and we will try our best to get you your order when needed.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. This service usually takes approx. 2-4 days after order ships. We are currently only shipping in the US. Sorry for any inconvience. Our shipping charges are $5.00 for your entire order, no matter how big your order might be.
Custom Orders:
We do offer custom ordering. If there is a color or type of hair bow that you desire, please contact us, and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Payment Methods:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to shop with a credit card on our site.
Refunds or Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are sorry for any inconviences. Sizing for all bows is stated within our site and all sizes are approximate. If you have questions about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us before placing your order.

Your privacy is very important to us. Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name, email address, shipping address and phone number). Any and all information you provide will be used solely by us to process your order. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us.
